Our plow company agreement will continue into winter of 26-27.

Thank you to the neighbors that call when a special plow is needed.

Our 2026 road improvements were delayed due to the culvert failure & subsequent repairs on North Crest west of the Pavillion Park.

Those contractor expenses as well as DNR/EGLE application & fees changed or expense plans and budget as well as depleted our checking account.

Thank you Brad for your efforts grading the roads.

The beach and boat launch are for members only. Trespassing and liter complaints remain high.

Thank you Clyde for the lawn care.

Nothing planned in the near future.

Volunteers are asked to join a temporary Bylaws and Governing Document committee to revise and resubmit updated bylaws.
